We only hire contractors/people who are driven, passionate and efficient. All sub-contractors & employees must meet and go over sites pre-season to go over methods and create a gameplan before signing.

Equipment must be new/fairly new and reliable and be equipped with high-end, dedicated snow removal attachments. If you have quality equipment and suit our business structure, we may be able to provide you with our in-house metalpless or arctic pushers.

We pay all of our sub-contractors 1-3 business days after invoicing is received. (pickup at our office)

Types of equipment we operate / hire :

- Skid Steers / Compact Tracked Loaders

- Compact Wheel Loaders

- Wheel Loaders

- ATVs with plows

- Dedicated Sidewalk Machines (Ventrac SSV/SR Mag/Compact Enclosed-cab Tractor, Etc)

Non-compatible Equipment (too inefficient for our standards)

- Plow Trucks

- Backhoes

- Small Skid Steers

- Machines with traditional snow buckets or smaller

- Old, Unreliable Equipment

If you do not have reliable transportation or experience, do not waste our time.

Must be available 24/7 from Oct 1 - Apr 1 during any/every snow event**
