Enviornmentally Safe De-icing Products
Are your pets, children and the environment a concern? Tired of plants dying? Don't like dragging rock salt & granular ice melter into your buildings?
We primarily use eco-friendly products such as IcePro beet brine (lower environmental impact and easy on paws) with a de-icing rating of up to -32 C for pre-treatment (84% less corrosive than regular salt). During post-snow treatment or in freezing rain conditions, pre-wet treated granular rock salt may be used to battle extreme icy conditions. Pre-treated granular salt (rock salt with IcePro pre-wet mixture) uses up to 70% less salt than traditional methods!
Hilltip H-Track Technology
We use the most advanced de-icing equipment available in North America which includes Hilltip's HTrack GPRS tracking system. This system gives us live updates of where our vehicles are, how much material they have applied and exactly where and how that material has been applied. These systems are great for slip & fall prevention and data logging for any potential claims. Our live updates allow us to run our teams as efficiently as possible, allowing us to provide the best service in the industry.
Utilizing YETI Snow Removal Software
We utilize YETI snow removal software to keep all of our staff, equipment and services tracked & recorded. We can remotely monitor every member of our team live during the storms to ensure they are keeping your properties serviced and safe at all times. Each site visit data logs the GPS location, time in & out, photos in & out, materials & equipment used, services provided, weather and surface conditions, snow accumulation, etc. All of this information can be sent if requested or automatically after each 24hr service period.
